By accessing and using AudioTrick ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of service

AudioTrick provides free browser-based tools for audio processing. All processing happens on your device using the Web Audio API. Your files are never uploaded to any server.

3. User content and intellectual property

You retain all rights to any files you process using our tools. We do not obtain any rights to your files — and technically cannot, since your files never leave your browser.

The Site's content, design, and code are the property of AudioTrick. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Site's content without permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Site
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
• Use the Site to create a competing product based on our code
• Process content that violates applicable laws or others' intellectual property rights

5. Age restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with all file formats, or the accuracy of audio processing results. Audio processing depends on the Web Audio API implementation in your browser, which we do not control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudioTrick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, files, profits, or revenue.

AudioTrick is a free service with no paid tiers. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, which is $0.

8. Modifications to service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also add new tools or features, which will be subject to these Terms.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
